Cancellation Policy and Procedures

Please note that all appointments are based on availability.

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. As such for services $65 and over, a 25% booking fee will be applied to your credit card to secure your spot. This fee will be applied towards your service if you proceed with the service. However, if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before or if you are a “No- Show” for your appointment, you forfeit the 25% charge.

Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 5 hours prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 25% of the service amount.

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 25% of the service scheduled.

We recognize that although unforeseen emergencies do happen, we reserve the right to enforce our cancellation policy when it has happened on more than one occasion.

Please call or email as soon as you know you cannot make your scheduled appointment. Cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the technician’s schedule that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests waiting for appointments for the same slot.

As a courtesy, we always call, send a confirmation email and/or SMS 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please remember it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and a cancellation fee.

Also, when you cancel an appointment please understand that rescheduling said same is based on current availability.

In case of cancellation delays and or no show, Gift certificates will be reduced to half value and Gift certificate no shows may be charged 100% value.

Return Policy on Retail Products

UNOPENED PRODUCTS with receipt

These items may be returned for a Full Refund within seven (7) days of purchase with receipt only.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS without receipt

If you do not have your original purchase receipt or you have past the 7 day deadline (not exceeding 45 days) you can either return the product for an exchange with another product (price difference may incur) or return the product for Store Credit on products only.

OPENED PRODUCTS

There is no return accepted on opened items, for obvious health and sanitation reasons.
